About this property

Riverfront Family Home, with spa and stage

Relax with your group in the expansive lounge close to the kitchen with the largest kitchen island ever. After dinner move down to the second lounge by the deck and relax outside on the top quality outdoor furniture (ten seater) and expansive covered deck with beautiful vista and enjoy a spa to top off the day with the brand new enormous spa pool.

Two bathrooms, with two toilets and two showers and a modern bath. Also the fourth bedroom is a separate cabin with two single beds and a large desk for any quiet time required for office work.

The whole property has high speed fibre unlimited internet.

Basic sky tv provided.

Continental breakfast ingredients are available in the fridge and the pantry for your convenience, the kitchen is for your use, including all the crockery, cutlery, cooking appliances and pots and pans, feel free to make yourselves at home.

As you can see large decks including what is effectively a grandstand and a stage, complete with a power point for any staged event, wedding etc you would like to hold here. It is really set up for outdoor living in every way.

Great spot overlooking the River

Great weekend in Te Kopuru for a golf weekend at Baylys Beach. Lots of beds, big kitchen and living areas for our teenage boys. Spa pool was a huge hit also.

Family break away

Property is set up a 10 minute drive from Dargaville and overlooks the estuary. A very pretty outlook. The host Sarah is very responsive to messages, we unluckily had a few issues with power and bathroom issues during our stay but Sarah quickly contacted tradies keeping us informed throughout and was quickly resolved.Great that it is pet friendly, our dog loved being able to stay with us and the local beach walks and of course Poutu lighthouse. The only thing I would improve upon would be adding drawers, hangars or storage for clothes, which is helpful when travelling as a family.

You will see many references to the river, the harbour and the beach in and around our property. Shane is literally the fishing legend in Te Kopuru and is happy to do charters on the harbour weather permitting. The knowledge of the history and families in this area is unequalled.
