Welcome to Sunflower! This modern one-story 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located just a few blocks away from Downtown Sarasota!

Upon arrival, you will find a wooden gate that opens up to your backyard retreat! Through the gates, you will find a gorgeous space that was created to make you feel like you are right on the beach! There is outdoor seating for four, with an awesome fire pit for you and your family to enjoy a night of smores!

Through the front door, you will find a gorgeous floor plan. The spacious living room boasts two large plush couches. Adjacent, you will find the dining table that can accommodate up to four comfortably. The kitchen is made for the chef at heart, with gorgeous quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, you will have plenty of space to prepare your family’s favorite treats!

The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and has plenty of space for you to kick back and unwind after a long day of adventure. Attached is the Jack and Jill bathroom. This bathroom has an updated vanity and boasts a stunning walk-in shower that is tiled from floor to ceiling. The second bedroom boasts two twin-size beds and plenty of space for your personal belongings.

This condo is located steps away from the tip of Sarasota's Main St. where you can divulge in all the lovely boutiques and world-renowned restaurants. A short stroll will lead you over to Marina Jacks and Sarasota Bay. If you walk directly west from the condo it will lead you through the regentrified Rosemary District and across to Centennial Park. In the evening take in some of Sarasota's hottest nightspots, theaters, and restaurants.

Furry friends welcome, max 2 dogs up to 50lbs at maturity and require a $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company. Sorry, no cats.

Gulf Coast abandoned building/rentals

House was visibly clean, but when I moved the couch there was a dead roach behind the couch. We had a hard time finging the location. When I reached out after hours for guidance, I didn't get a response until mid afternoon the following day.

Not for everyone

If you are a business traveller the wifi is spotty at best. The location is not family friendly and you cannot venture out of foot in the nighttime. The area is loud and while 6 blocks or so from downtown, it does require a car to get to everything. The gate does not close or lock a single person may not feel safe. There are no basic condiments like salt and pepper, cooking oil etc. no facecloths are provided. While the TV offers access to Netflix etc you must use your own account to use of it won’t work. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen very nice. Given the large number of rentals in Sarasota this pales in comparison to similarly priced locations.

No surprises inside. Location location location. The rental is surrounded by noisy and crowded businesses. Didn’t have a peaceful nights sleep. No curtains for flood lights shining through your bedroom windows. Agency could not even get me in my rental till a day later. Terrible experience

First and last rental for me

No surprises from the inside pictures are accurate. It was all about location. Property hard to find it was behind and around lots of businesses. Never had a quiet night and flood lights were shining in bedroom windows no curtains. The 3 tv’s were difficult to operate and poor cable connections. I cannot recommend this rental or agency.
