This bright and charming 1930's "Old Florida" bungalow is located perfectly - right between Siesta Key and Lido Beach. Delightfully updated yet preserves cham from the old time. You can walk or bike to Southside Village restaurants and shops, Selby Garden, Sarasota Memorial, downtown, Arlington Park/Pool and the Bayfront. There are many places to walk your furry friends - Arlington Park, Bird Key Park, and the Ringling Bridge are the favorites. This home is two separate places with their own entrances and shared laundry room. This is unit 2 with two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Absolutely Charming!

This was the cleanest place I’ve stayed in quite some time. Very spacious, had all of the amenities. Close to everything Sarasota. Nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Birthday/Vacation

The location of the property was excellent and conveniently located in the heart of all attractions. Minutes to any beach and downtown Sarasota. The check in process was super easy and the home is very charming! While we do live in here in Florida and only an hour and half away, Sarasota is great place to vacation. Thank you again, we enjoyed every minute.

Nice well kept cute house

The house was fixed up very nicely, they had all of our daily needs, bathroom supplies, towels, bedding, pillows, kitchen supplies. Like walking in to our home
