About this property

This beach front condo has every amenity you would need while vacationing on beautiful Sanibel Island! Waterfront views from the living room, master bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and lanai give the complete feeling of living on the water. The master & guest rooms both have king beds, plantation shutters and full bathrooms. The private den is outfitted with two twin beds along with plantation shutters and all sleeping areas have flat screen TVs. The 55 inch "smart" TV in the living room is wall mounted & can be swiveled for viewing in the kitchen, dining room, living room and lanai. The all-white kitchen is enhanced with bead-board walls and cabinets plus a tray ceiling with indirect lighting. The master bedroom and living room TVs have "voice command" remotes & most of the premium channels that you would need. There is formal dining provided for six plus four bar stools in the dining/kitchen area. The condo gives off a "beachy" feel with condo coastal decor furnishings. The lanai has seating for six with possible views of dolphins in the gulf or family members on the beach. The lanai also holds a storage chest filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, frisbees, and many other beach toys. Other condo amenities include free calling across the continental USA from five available phones, wireless internet, two DVRs in living room & master bedroom, two clocks with UBS ports, sleep sofa in living room, full size washer & dryer, beach towels for guests. and two docking stations for I-Pods. Compass Point unit #182 is one of Sanibel's finest & fully equipped condos. Enjoy the sand & sun while vacationing in paradise! The property offers heated pool, 1 tennis court, 1 pickle ball court, 1/2 court basketball, shuffleboard and BBQ grills. No smoking and no pets in units.
