Nice Weekend Getaway

This property was very clean and had everything we needed. My family really enjoyed themselves. Short walk to the beach was a plus!

The home was just as described. Cute, comfortable and close to the beach. A great space for a family getaway. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We would definitely book again.

Great house

We had booked a different house before Hurricane Beryl hit. We were assured everything was good. When we arrived we had no AC and the owners were not willing to work with us. We contacted Evolve and they got us into this house immediately. The house was wonderful. It was better than the previously booked one. Great location, had all the amenities and the beds were great. I highly recommend this house for your stay in Surfside.

Perfect distance to the beach. House didn't work great for our needs as far as set up goes with 2 toddlers from different families with the amount of noise that echoes through each bedroom.. I also wish that the outdoor screen in porch (great addition for the beach!!) was a bit more fall resistant. Everything else was fine!
