You will love this newly renovated private, cosy, and quiet space. It is situated at the back of the property and a separate building from the main house. It is in a safe neighbourhood with people frequently walking to the shops or to the Carmichael Reserve walkway. If you are a cyclist, it is a short distance to the cycleway. It is 50 metres from the bus stop and conveniently situated to bypass rush hour traffic to get into town if you are travelling by car. Get to town in 10 minutes and to Mount Maunganui and the beach within 15-20 minutes. The property is within a 5-minute walk to shops, supermarket, cafes, and doctors. It has a fully functioning kitchen and a lovely outdoor area to sit and relax.

Maren was very welcoming. The unit was much bigger than we were anticipating, very comfortable, very clean and well supplied. Great location, pretty gardens with outdoor seating, parking, accessible and very quiet. We will definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending this to our friends and family.

Cosy and comfortable

We stayed two nights to attend the new parkrun that has started just 1.2km away. It was so convenient to stay here with shops, cafes and restaurants close by, an easily walkable distance. The apartment is small but perfectly appointed and perfect for us. Maren, the host, was helpful but let us be. She had recently renovated. Though it was cold outside, inside was cosy and warm. We'd recommend this place and stay again!
