A beach cottage, quietly located at the non-tourist end of the beach. Only a short stroll from the main hub and the local cafes, playgrounds, and beach side BBQs. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults and caters for a maximum of 7 people if using the bunk beds for children. There is a driveway against the side of the house to park vehicles and a fenced backyard for larger pets.

The city centre is less than 15 minutes drive and close proximity to the Cairns Airport and The Cairns Hospital. Cable ski park, skyrail, and Freshwater train station (Kuranda train) are nearby driving distance. Fishing enthusiasts will love the close proximity of the boat ramp.

The sound of the waves from the ocean and the picturesque beach almond trees amongst tropical gardens are sure to add to a lazy afternoon and solid nights sleep.

This is a non-event property, catering for a relaxed family/couples/professional atmosphere. Disruptive or noisy behaviour will be reported in effort to uphold and maintain the street's peaceful atmosphere.

Complete with new kitchen, containing an oven, glass cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and double door fridge.

The house is open plan and has 3 bedrooms and two living areas. The one main bathroom consists of a shower and toilet.

Living area 1 - 3 seater couch, floor rug, coffee table, side table and lamp, TV and TV cabinet. A range of DVDs, books, puzzles and boardgames.

Dining table with six seats, island bench with 2 seats. High chair available on request.

Living area 2 - 3 seater Lounge, coffee table, view to back yard.

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with fitted sheet and coverlet blanket, 2 pillows. Closet and drawers, air-conditioning, bedside table and lamp, ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 - Bunk bed consisting of single on top and double bed on bottom, pillows, fitted sheets and coverlet blankets. Clothes closet, air-conditioning, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 - Double ensemble with fitted sheet and coverlet blanket, air-conditioning, bedside table and lamp, ceiling fan.

Portacot is available at request.

Laundry - Front loader washing machine, clothes dryer, laundry detergent, ironing board, and iron.

Outdoor - Front porch with table and bench seats, gazebo beside pool, mosquito coils and repellent available. Fully fenced back yard, small garden shed, toy excavators and trucks.

Pool - 50,000L salt/Chlorine pool. Children must be supervised at all times.

The house is fully screened with fly mesh and crimsafe to keep sandllies and mosquitos out.

Fully air-conditioned.

Parking both on and off street. Plenty of parking for boat, trailer or small caravan.

Our cleaning fee covers everyday use. There is no need to strip bedding, etc, before you go. We do ask that pet faeces and shedded hair be bagged and binned and that cigarettes be picked up if not already.
