Completely remodeled from the studs, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath luxury condo blends mountain charm with modern comfort. Overlooking the Roaring Fork River, it features elegant lighting, five skylights, heated towel racks, and a spacious deck to enjoy the scenery. Just five blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and steps from downtown Aspen, the location is hard to beat.

Living & Dining
Relax in the inviting living room or enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a generous breakfast bar and bar seating. The condo also includes an in-unit washer/dryer and flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms.

**Please note: Due to building regulations, fireplaces are currently not in use at Chateau Eau Claire. Beautiful condo, excellent stay!

This condo is so beautiful! The views are amazing! We had an excellent stay. The property manager was so incredibly accommodating and very kind. Any time I had a question they responded immediately even though it was Christmas. Highly, highly recommend staying here. Everything was perfect!

Bright and modern condo

4 adults fit comfortably in this 2 bedroom condo. The wood beams and decor in the Living area was very nice especially with the full window wall facing beautiful Aspens and the stream below. The location was perfect, walking distance to the center of town with shopping and dining very accessible. We would have appreciated a few condiments and bottled water available in the kitchen, but the kitchenware was clean and plentiful. The other thing is that we had 2 cars and only one can be parked in the condo parking lot. Street parking is nearby though. We would definitely return!
