Positives included really comfy bed, plenty of space, convenient location, good kitchen and appliances, pet friendly. The rug on the landing was wet when we arrived, however, the bedroom curtain was off of some hooks, and the bedroom chair was wobbly/broken, plus the washing machine was pretty noisy (but works fine).
