C'est la Normandie, ok...

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines dans le grand gite mitoyen Ă  7 personnes + 2 chats. Sur l'annonce il Ă©tait marquĂ© animaux de compagnie acceptĂ©s, mais on nous a fait comprendre que les chiens Ă©taient prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s aux chats comme animaux de compagnie. Le sĂ©jour s'est bien passĂ©. L'emplacement est trĂšs bien pour visiter la rĂ©gion et le domaine, mĂȘme si partagĂ© avec d'autres locataires est tranquille et joli. La salle de jeux est grande et parfaite pour les ados qui se sont rĂ©galĂ©s avec le baby-foot et le billard. Les propriĂ©taires sont disponibles et Ă  l'Ă©coute des clients. NĂ©anmoins les piĂšces Ă©taient trĂšs humides. On ne respire pas trĂšs bien dans certaines chambres du bas. C'est la Normandie, ok, mais un sĂšche-linge aurait Ă©tĂ© le bienvenu ou du moins un espace suffisant pour Ă©tendre le linge. Un Ă©tendoir pour 7 personnes avec des serviettes de bain Ă  faire sĂ©cher, c'est un peu lĂ©ger. Nous avons Ă©galement eu des problĂšmes d'huisserie (pas mal de portes et de placards qui ne fermaient pas ou mal). Il manquait certains Ă©quipements (lecteur DVD, barbecue et plats allant dans le four) dans l'annonce qu'on nous a fourni Ă  notre demande. Attention, renseignez vous pour le linge et le mĂ©nage en options et dont les prix ne sont pas prĂ©cisĂ©s dans l'annonce. Au final, ces diffĂ©rents points nĂ©gatifs nous font penser que le prix est un peu cher par rapport aux autres prestations que nous avons dĂ©jĂ  eu et oĂč le rapport qualitĂ©/prix nous paraissait meilleur.

Charmante maison type Normande. La maison est en 2 parties, vous ne louerez qu’une partie et l’autre partie sera louĂ©e par d’autres personnes. (Ce n’est pas la maison tout entiĂšre comme sur la photo en extĂ©rieur. Mais mitoyenne. Il faudrait le prĂ©ciser dans l’annonce.) Attention aussi Ă  l’électricitĂ© si vous utilisez les chauffages Ă©lectriques. Pour une semaine du lundi au dimanche, cela nous a coĂ»tĂ© 54€ en plus de la location. Nous aurions aimĂ© utiliser la cheminĂ©e, mais pas de bois pour dans la maison, mĂȘme en extĂ©rieur. Dernier petit bĂ©mol, la hotte qui mĂ©riterait un bon coup de nettoyage. Les enfants se sont bien amusĂ©s avec le billard et le baby-foot. TrĂšs bonne idĂ©e pour occuper 3 ados en campagne. Sinon dans l’ensemble, nous avons adorĂ© l’environnement verdoyant. C’est un lieu oĂč l’on peut s’y ressourcer. Cheval, poules, vaches, pommiers, paysages Normands... Nous avons adorĂ© Étretat et ses falaises Ă  17 mn Ă  peu prĂšs de Bretteville. Pour les commerces et commoditĂ©s c’est Goderville Ă  5 mn en voiture oĂč vous y trouverez aussi des distributeurs d’espĂšces car il n’y en a pas Ă  Bretteville. Nous avons aussi visitĂ© Deauville-Trouville, Rouen, FĂ©camp, Le Mont-Saint-Michel (Ă  2h30 de route si vous ĂȘtes courageux comme nous.) Merci Ă  nos hottes pour leur accueil et conseils de diffĂ©rentes visites dans le coin.
