Its located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the river. We fished for 2 days and the weather was wonderful. The house is laid out perfect for 4 senior adults and we really enjoyed the beautiful way it was decorated

Although the water wasn’t high enough to reach the deck/dock, it was definitely my family’s favorite spot on the property. We would love another opportunity to stay here!

Great house on the White River

This was a great stay, very nice neighborhood. Beautiful area with easy access to the river so long as the run isn't too high :-). My only recommendation is to have King size beds in the master bedroom. Really nice stay, you wont be disappointed. Oh did I mention how clean it was? Very nice I will stay again!

Engagement Weekend Getaway

The White River has always been a special place for us. It’s where we fell in love!!! This place was cozy, perfect and peaceful for a proposal. The home backs right ip to the river with an amazing view and the deck was perfect for a sunset proposal right on the water!! We will be back!!!

Best Stay in North Arkansas

This property is unbelievable. I have lived in Arkansas my entire life and this area just blew me away. The home is very nice and large and the grounds are super clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My friends and I stayed for my buddy’s bachelor trip and were able to fish right behind the house.

We have been coming to this area for 35 years, staying at the same resort just up the road from this house. Due to change of ownership of the resort, we decided to make a change. When looking, this house checked all of our boxes. This place is fantastic! From requesting early check in with the host, to the private boat ramp, great back patio and grill, tv's in every room, and being stocked beyond belief, it exceeded our expectations. The house is immaculately clean. I communicated with the host several times during our trip, complimenting her on the house.There is no doubt if you had any issues, they would be resolved immediately.Our 8 year old great granddaughter caught fish off of the dock and enjoyed the giant bean bag chair. This will definitely be our go to place when we are in the area. Thanks to the hosts for sharing this amazing house!

AWESOME Vacation House

The pictures don't lie. This is a beautiful house within yards of the river. We all had a wonderful time. Fishing was great. My son caught a Brown Trout that weighed over 8 pounds and was around 27" long. The scenery is beautiful from the deck or from inside the house. Very relaxing atmosphere. We are already talking about a return visit.

A Little Getaway

We were so excited to find the house exactly as advertised. The stunning view of the river, the clean and modern interior, and the great access to local points of interest made for a wonderful 4 days at Troutwater. Enjoyed grilling on the back porch and dining at the table with a delightful view of the White River. We also enjoyed renting a pontoon on Bull Shoals Lake and hiking in the Buffalo River state park. The neighborhood was quiet and evening walks were very pleasant. Thanks for making your home available for others to enjoy!

Do not pass this one up!!!

This place had it all. My family and I enjoyed it very much. We caught a bunch of fish on property.The home was very clean and is equipped with all your cooking needs. Plenty of area to throw the football,BBQ, and cook s’mores by the fire pit. I always bring my boat and it was nice to be able to have a private boat ramp/fishing area to enjoy. It’s definitely going to be a return spot for us!!!

Great house in a perfect location for White River trout fishing. The furnishings and amenities are quite adequate...we really enjoyed the Cornhole boards!...hopefully, next time minus the vicious mosquitos!!!!!!A couple things that need attention:1. The gutters and downspouts need cleaning. When it rained, they really poured over on to the entry walkway2. The toilet in the Master Bedroom needs tightening...felt like we were sitting on a rocking chair!Looking forward to next year!
