Located in a convenient and prime location, only a 2 minute drive to town, with bus stop right out the front of the property.

Newly renovated , furniture to suit to give a comfortable and cosy homely feeling, loved by all to enjoy!

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms which comes totally fully furnished with absolutely everything you need, including a fully fenced off back yard for privacy and loads of front parking space.!

The large master bedroom, carpeted, comes with a lovely private space containing an ensuite and spacious walk in wardrobe.

Also spacious, is the second bedroom, carpeted, with a large built in wardrobe and the luxury of being near the second bathroom, with bath, toilet, walk in shower and laundry.

The cosy fully furnished loungeroom, vinyl floor boards and large TV, opens up to the separate kitchen and dinning area, has lots of light with its large double glazed windows with curtains and a super cosy feel with a wood stove heater and reverse heating/ cooling.

The large and modern kitchen, with colonial feel, has a lovely slate floor and is fully equipped with all cookware, cutlery, crockery, white goods, four stove top and oven (electric) and bench space, opening up to the dining area with 6 seats / table and mounted TV.

Also, enjoy the outdoor patio/ entertainment area, while relaxing and looking out to the landscaped garden.

So close to all East Gippslands spectacular sites and towns bars, restaurants cafes and shops. The Great Alpine Road starts just up the road and is the perfect stretch to reach the beauty of the Alpine area just for a day or on your way out of town and the Princes Highway continues to the coastal beauty of the ares, starting with Lakes Entrance and Metung ( location of the glorious new Hotsprings) both just 30 mins away , even enjoy a wine or beer stop at one of the wineries/ breweries in the area either on the way or the way back.

A perfect base whether you are in East Gippsland to explore , holiday and enjoy or to work and explore of days off or just here to work.

Great week in Bairnsdale !

Lovely little property very close to everything. Comfortable with everything you could need on hand, full kitchen and spotlessly clean. It is located on a busy road so there was a little road noise but nothing we couldn't get used to. Very happy to recommend this property to others.
