When you’re not out exploring the many bars and eateries on your doorstep, whip up a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with premium appliances including a Blanco electric stovetop, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, Blanco oven and all the basic cooking utensils; then enjoy it at the four-person dining table. Head up the staircase to find two spacious rooms furnished with queen beds, blackout blinds, and wardrobe space; while a contemporary bathroom offers a spacious rain shower, mirrored vanity and more storage.

Additional everyday comforts include air conditioning and heating in each room, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Please note that the townhouse features a rear roller door, which was installed at the request of the council to complement the aesthetics of the laneway. However, this is not a garage conversion; it is a full townhouse.

The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.

Just minutes from the CBD—with free parking as well as public transport on your doorstep—Carlton North is an ideal launchpad to explore the city. Ten minutes by foot will have you reaching the Exhibition Building or Princess Park; while a short drive will drop you at the University of Melbourne, RMIT, Melbourne Museum and the Hospital Precinct.
