Rock Lake House Lakefront Retreat

Batelle Lake is a gorgeous private lake with amazing views. Great multi family vacation spot that comfortably sleeps 6 adults with their own bedrooms, with a bunk bed room and an additional futon in the entertainment room! The lake has no motor boats and the water is deep water making it peaceful and safe for swimming, fishing, paddle boarding or a scenic canoe ride. The space
We supply all the necessities, linens, towels, all the cookware and utensils you could possibly imagine, laundry, air conditioning for the summer and propane heat for the winter (with a wood burning stove and we supply the wood) so you are always at the perfect temperature. The city of Bancroft is just 10 minutes away where you can also visit the shops restaurants and micro brewery. Lots of trails nearby for hiking or biking, Silent Lake, Eagles Nest and Algonquin National Park all within 15-30 minute drive. Weather is not ideal? No Problem! We also have a large collection of board games, a small library of books, a foosball table, satellite TV and flat screen TV or large projector to watch any of the 200+ movies/TV shows we have available for a cozy movie night.

Guest access
All space and facilities in the home are available to our guests. Private cupboards and storage facilities are marked. Water toys are also included and to be used at owners own risk.
Other things to note
Silent Lake National Park and Algonquin National park are both within 30 minutes driving.
All amenities like the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and drug store are within a 10-15 minute drive.
