Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($400/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.

Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Phoenix takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.

Cameras are installed at the front door to monitor REAL occupancy and for emergency purposes only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property.

Properties may include a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
