Perfect location in west Sedona. Has several trail heads in the neighborhood. I loved that we were away from the heavy uptown Sedona traffic. Grocery store and restaurants are minutes away. House was very cozy and had everything we needed! We loved our stay!

Thank you so much for the feedback, Nancy! Great to hear you guys had a wonderful stay. We love our spot as well! Happy to have you back any time!
This was a good location in town. Especially if you mtb and want to access Thunder Mtn or Teacup over to Soldier’s pass. It is also a quick drive to the Dru Creek trails. This is a double wide that has been remodeled. It rained one night and it was very loud for sleeping as it appears to not have the insulation to block the noise. Overall, a nicely decorated house with all of the necessities.

From the owner: "It was so great to have you stay at our place, Melissa, and I'm so pleased to hear you and your party had a wonderful stay! Don't hesitate to rebook the next time you get back to Sedona!"
We stayed over the holidays and really appreciated the main common room where our family spent many nights relaxing. We were able to walk to some of the local hiking trails and explore Sedona's massive expanse of beauty. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood away from central traffic of Sedona but still a very quick drive to town. We had a wonderful time in this home and would definitely stay again!

Couldn’t have asked for more.
The location was great. Great restaurant options nearby. Quiet neighborhood. House was clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable.
We stayed we 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of room. Walking distance to 2 different trail heads with amazing views. Recommend if your a hiker, mountain biker, or trail runner.

This house was delightful. Well-appointed with all the little extras that make a difference (eg, nice kitchenware, first aid kit, extra chargers). Very light and airy. Beds were comfortable. A great hike in walking distance to the house. The host, Pete, was very responsive and helpful.

From the owner: "Thank you so much for the kind and thoughtful words, Karen. It was a pleasure to have you, and your party stay at our house, and hope you can come back to visit again!"
The house is bright and airy. Very nice open kitchen and living room space to eat and enjoy hanging out. The location is perfect, just minutes away walking to many trails. The owner was very receptive to our questions. We felt safe, comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for.
The property had potential—it was spacious with enough beds, bathrooms, and a functional kitchen and living area for our group. Communication with the property manager about the check-in process was easy and smooth, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the property were disappointing. We found a hair in the sheets, cobwebs in the corners, bugs, and even a pill on the living room carpet. It was clear this is a rental property where things were put together cheaply—furniture and fixtures felt worn or damaged, including the railing. While it technically met our needs, it was uncomfortable knowing things weren’t actually clean or well-maintained. I felt embarrassed for choosing this place and bringing my friends. With better upkeep and attention to detail, this could be a great property—but as it stands, it fell short of expectations.

Loved the location. Walking distance to some trails, also to grocery shopping. The only reason this didn't get five stars is the interior lighting - very bright overhead can lighting with very low and small lanterns throughout the house. The kind of thing you don't notice until it gets dark. Overall though, a wonderful stay!
