Our spacious 3 bedroom family friendly retreat is a short 2 minute walk along a quiet street & bush track that leads to a pristine beach.
Located in the peaceful seaside suburb of Marcus Beach, the location is supreme. Only 10 minutes from famous Noosa Beach and 3 minutes from Peregian with its great cafes, restaurants & boutique shopping, this house is perfectly positioned for your next Sunshine Coast holiday.
Including unlimited WIFI & all essentials, the home is suitable for up to 8 guests.

The space
A simple beach style, single story home with all the essentials for a short or long term stay.
As you enter the front entry there is a beautiful garden, outdoor shower & driftwood towel rack to accommodate your new beach life needs!
Entering the house, the front section contains a large queen bedroom with built in robe, en suite bathroom & doored toilet. There is also an adjoining alcove containing 2 x single beds set up as a bunk bed.
A small but fully equipped kitchen includes a family sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave & in the butlers pantry adjoined is a soda stream, nutribullet & espresso machine with burr grinder for fresh coffee of a morning.
The kitchen leads on to an air conditioned open lounge room with large 65” smart TV + DVD player & large selection of children's DVDs + family board games.
The adjoining dining room seats 6 with huge timber bifold doors opening onto a lovely merbau deck. A Weber BBQ & designer outdoor table made by a local Noosa artist seats another 6 and is perfect for alfresco dining on warm evenings.
Down the back of the house, a second large queen bedroom with en suite bathroom & walk in robe is next to the 3rd smaller bedroom which contains 2 singles beds & a built in robe.
There is also a large play room with toys and reading area (both adult and children books available), and a laundry room with washing machine & dryer.
The outdoor deck & playroom both give access to a large grassed & fully fenced backyard with herb garden, trampoline and soccer goal.
A room near the front of the house is set up as an office with large desk. Fast & reliable unlimited WIFI wireless internet is accessible throughout the whole house.
There is also plenty of extra accessible cupboards and storage space.
All guest linen & towels are included.
A few beach toys and beach towels are there to be used if required.

Guest access
A booking gives you access to all of the accessible property. The garage will be locked and clearly marked as not accessible for guests. There is plenty of on street parking or you can park in the driveway if you wish.

Other things to note
A booking is for up to 8 guests, though the 2 x single beds + bunk bed are more suitable for children. Travel cot and a high chair can be provided if required.
