Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

* All guests have to be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort.
* ALL guests over the age of 18, must provide identification (license, passport, school id, etc).
* No stays over 30 nights allowed per HOA

Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 4 cars.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you

Frustrating stay

Some of the beds were terribly uncomfortable, bad cheap mattresses. We had a terrible leak in the kitchen the whole floor was covered in water. It was the dishwasher leaking. They sent someone to fix then a few days later it happened again. Also vey few towels in the house and no full size bath towels, make it very annoying you have to constantly wash towels. Then we also had one of the toilets backup from regular usage wich caused dirty water to come up from the shower. Ac was pretty bad they sent someone to clean it during our stay. Basically lots of issues... and on-top of that they sent an extra cleaning bill with pictures of the shower that had dirty water back up, and some towels on the floor in the kitchen where it leaked. Women was very rude when we tried speaking to them about these charges.
