Great property and location. It was great having a private pool. My only complaint was the house could have been cleaned better before arrival.

Our stay for a family of 5 was great! The home was clean and comfortable and was a good home base and location for all the OBX activities we had planned. Walk to beach access was 10 minutes. The community was quiet and provided a relaxing vibe.We did not use the community pool and facility so can't comment on that. Additional notes:1. Garage was accessible through the house but garage door was locked, so if you're looking for covered parking this may not work for you.2. Dishwashing soap was not included, they provided a couple of pods for the dishwasher.3. Laundry detergent was not included.4. Beach Towels are not included.

The house was clean and well equipped. Quiet neighborhood setting with easy access to everything. The alarm on the sliding door to the pool was the only negative since we didn’t have any small kids in the group.

This is a safety issue that must be in place on our properties with doors leading out to the pool area. Required by state law for your protection. We are glad you enjoyed the property and just know we always want you to be safe!

First Level living area convenience

Overall stay was terrific! Loved the kitchen and living area on first floor. Inside was clean and amenities were great!! Only issue was outside maintenance. Grass needed cut and sliding glass door track and outside shower could use some TLC.
