We welcome you this cozy one bedroom basement apartment with large windows for lots of sun to shine through!

The spacious bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the living room is equipped with a leather couch that pulls out into a double bed so 4 guests can stay here comfortably.

A washer/dryer included and all basic essentials to make your stay comfortable.

Minutes away from beautiful Topsail Beach, Octagon Pond & Adam’s Pond. Family-friendly with a playground on the street.

About a 5 minute drive from Topsail Beach, Octagon Pond and Adam’s Pond.

About a 20 minute drive to the airport, the Health Sciences Centre and scenic downtown St. John’s. About 15 minutes to the Avalon Mall.

Only a 5 minute drive to a large shopping centre with Starbucks, Sobeys groceries, Dollarama, Shoppers & more!

Other things to note:
Please note we live right above you with our 2 littles! Ages 2 & 5 so you may hear some footsteps here and there but we try our best to be cognizant of noise. But if you’re looking for a totally private location, this probably isn’t the space for you… However, you do have your own separate entrance! We provide enough basic essentials to get you started (ie. toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, dish soap, etc) however once you run out you are responsible for your own products.

Amazing accommodation and very well priced The host kept in close contact with us before and during our stay to make sure we had anything we needed. Property was spotless and all the amenities were supplied. Highly recommend this property to any travellers heading to St .johns

Great place to stay!

Definitely recommend staying in this cozy basement apartment. Viktoria was super thoughtful with all the details, made sure I had everything I could need. Even left some snacks for me. So nice to be able to do laundry after I had already been traveling for a week prior. Thank you for everything!

Amazing gem in Paradise!

The space was amazing! Immaculately clean and well-kept! Perfectly located between beaches, shopping and downtown St. John’s. Full-size fridge and washer/dryer were fantastic! Hosts were super-responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for a couple or couple with one child!

The location was good and the unit was spacious. It was really nice having a washer and dryer and the wifi worked wellWe are not used to having people living above us so noise was an issue - creaky floors and kids playing/dropping toys etc.. Also the dehumidifier which filled up daily was very loud at nightThe unit could benefit from comfortable seating (couch and dining area) a larger mirror and better lighting in the washroom. I hope this info is helpful

We enjoyed our stay and there were the essentials offered, which was nice. The suite is true to the photos. It was cozy and in a convenient location. The owners live upstairs and have small children, which would have perhaps been a good thing to know in the listing. Could hear walking around and small children fairly early in the mornings, which is understandable. Was just a bit difficult the very first morning after getting in on fairly late flight after travelling 2 days. It was not horrible and was still tolerable. Viktoria was very responsive to my messages and information about the area.
