The place was clean and inviting. We really loved the view from the back patio. The place had everything we needed and located near town. A huge bonus was the short walk to the rails trail. We would stay here again!

Lake Placid weekend

Needed a place to stay for a few days while in Lake Placid on business. The studio apartment was perfect! Very clean, great location, extremely quiet and peaceful. Outstanding!

The walk to town was approximately one mile. A nice easy pretty walk. We stayed four nights while we were visiting for a wedding. Our dog enjoyed the property and watched for chipmunks. The dog bowl, towels, and dog treats were a nice surprise. Everything was clean and as expected. Would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be a floor-length mirror (for those that need to dress for a special occasion).

Another great stay

Fourth time staying at Kathy's cozy studio apartment and as in previous stays, everything was perfect. Love the location - so convenient to everything in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment felt like home with all the amenities needed to recharge after a day out on the trails.

Cozy, Quiet & Convenient!

The Cozy Studio apartment was indeed cozy and very peaceful! And just a few minutes from Mirror Lake & Main Street, it was also extremely convenient and close to everything town has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed the serenity of the surrounding garden and backyard. The morning sun and sounds of the backyard stream & singing birds were a perfect way to start our day. If you're looking for a cool, comfortable and quiet place to relax after your Adirondack adventures, The Cozy Studio has everything you need including a wonderful host. Thanks Kathy! We highly recommend this lovely place, and so does our pup!

Can't think of a better way to start the day! Amazing sun lit view with the peaceful sounds of the stream and birdsong as we plot our adventures over coffee on the patio.

Lake Placid

I was in lake placid for a long wedding weekend! Staying here was fantastic! Just a 5 minute drive to just about anything i needed. The stay was clean, comfortable, and convenient! I'd recommend this space to anyone traveling this way

An awesome start!

We spent 4 wonderful day here while we explored lake placid in winter. It is a wonderful studio apartment. Exactly as listed. Warm cozy and comfy. Very conveniently located, minutes away from town. I go back in a minute!

Beautiful stay in ADK

This property was perfect for two and our pets. Everything was super clean and the host were super quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect for a walk to the center of Lake Placid. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely like to return in the future.

Great, Relaxing visit to Lake Placid

Perfect studio apartment. Gorgeous from the mud room to the bathroom to the ceiling and backyard off of the back of the apartment with a stream. We loved it and so happy the floors were dog friendly too!

Very nice stay

The studio was perfect for us! Very close to lake placid village, exceptionally clean, and the owners provided all the little things you need such as hand towels, dishwashing soap, paper towels, iron, etc. Although we were out exploring daily, we enjoyed our stay there. it was quiet, had a nice size flat screen tv, and even had an outdoor sitting area for coffee in the morning. Would definitely come back!

Hiking the high peaks

It was our first time renting through VRBO vs. staying at a hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The unit was in a beautiful area very close to town center, and it was lovely. It was clean, well organized and was thoughtfully stocked with necessities. We had a great time!
