2 bedroom plus loft pet friendly apartment, perfect for families. One bedroom features a queen bed, second bedroom features (2) twin beds and sleeping loft with (2) twin beds. Located in walking distance of Main St. Lake Placid and a short stroll to the start of the rail trail.
Lower entryway with plenty of room for gear. Washer and dryer located in the entry way.
Elevated deck with BBQ grill and hot tub. Large stone fire pit in the fenced in yard. Enjoy all the best that Lake Placid has to offer!

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean and comfortable, lots of room in a great location. We were in town for the lacrosse tournament and it was only a 6 minute drive. I highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway in the mountains. Great location-very close to downtown/activities/restaurants, but in a quiet residential area. Hot tub was amazing! Beautiful house, clean, fenced yard was perfect for our dog and we always appreciate dog friendly rentals my only critique was that I didn't receive any check-in info or instructions until the actual check-in time (4pm) and we had arrived after a long drive at 3:45. But otherwise perfect stay, 10/10 would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Great stay

Would definitely stay again! Great, hot tub! Not close enough to walk to town in the cold, but Uber was $10 if you didn’t want to look for a spot to park and very close to drive. Place was cozy and roomy.

Perfect weekend

Had a great weekend stay. Love the homey feeling of the property. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fenced in yard for our dog. This is our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back.

Family wedding weekend

It was a well maintained “home base” to stay in while we attended family events over the weekend. It’s close to town & many other popular sites. We were quite comfortable & had we had our pups with us, it would have been good for them also. The hot tub on the deck was delightful too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Lake Placid!

Great lodging for Whiteface ski trip

We enjoyed using the hot tub after skiing at Whiteface and hiking in ADKs. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We liked having a kitchen to prepare our own meals in. The sofa was very comfortable, The gas fireplace gave a nice ambiance and plenty of heat. We would return.

Nice home!

We enjoyed our stay. Just watch out for the driveway if there is a lot of snow around and you have more than one car. Tricky to maneuver two cars. Host was responsive. Home was clean. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was a nice treat!

My family and I have stayed here many times and love it! It is very open and inviting. The hot tub is wonderful, especially after hiking a high peak, and also great to be able to have a warm, cozy fire in the backyard. We of course will be there again!

We had a great time in Lake Placid. The apartment is beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of 4. It was only a 5 minute drive to the busy downtown restaurant and shops. The only negative was the lack of air conditioning since we were there for a lacrosse tournament in the summer. They had fans and it cooled down pretty well in the evening. I understand that air conditioning isn’t needed for the majority of the year in Lake Placid. This owners seemed great too - We would definitely recommend this VRBO!

Always Awesome
