Convenient Location

Communication was wonderful. Place was clean, plenty of space. Only issue was the water pressure in the kitchen sink was very limited.

Great place to stay!

I rented this apartment for an activity at the conference center, which is really close. I am very happy to have had the opportunity to stay here. The apartment was super clean, better than any hotel around. It was very easy to access and to get around for the conference. It is very close and convenient to restaurants, skywalk, we even got to use the pool table on the fifth floor. I think this was the best choice to stay in Indianapolis! Thank you, Cozy Suites for providing the space for us!

Perfect location for downtown/convention center

Nice place to stay for easy access to the convention center. Never had to step outside in the rain as we went back and forth all weekend! The parking was easy across the street too. Good communication. Only downside is it sleeps 5, but has one couch that seats 3. We spent hours here in between cheer competitions and would’ve loved seating for all 5 of us to enjoy time at the apartment. Overall, it’s a great place!!!

We waited and waited more

After a 4hr drive, no one could get us the right code. We ended up waiting 35min for someone to unlock the door. They did reimburse us for the wait. The TV didn’t work. It’s a bit awkward clocks were all stopped, drawers can’t open due to stove location, two mirrors in the bathroom, lots of unplugged fire detection. It was very convenient getting to the convention center.

Excellent location

The location of this apartment was fantastic! Easily walkable to many downtown points of interest and connected to the skywalk. The apartment itself was very, very sparsely furnished. It would very much be improved by a full size couch or a lounge chair or two in the living room. The bedrooms each only have a bed and one small narrow nightstand. They really, really need a nightstand on each side and just some kind of other surface to put luggage/other stuff on. A small dresser, or accent chair, even a folding luggage rack would be welcome! That being said, the location and the building really were great. Our flight got in early and I called the CozySuites customer service line to see if we could check in early and the agent was extremely helpful, friendly, and accomodating!
