We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The views from the balcony were incredible, we ate every meal sitting out on the patio soaking it in. The unit was fully stocked with several thoughtful touches for toiletries as well as games and beach reads for us to enjoy. The unit was clean and well furnished. We had a great time here!

Beautiful condo

The condo was the nicest one I have ever stayed in!! Immaculately clean and beautiful all around! Leslie was super helpful and available at all times. Her personality is true Southern hospitality. The pool area was fun and steps to the beach. The location in Perdido Key was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We have found a new vacation spot for years to come!

Breathtaking views

Spectacular and breathtaking is what we found at this condo! Nothing short of a perfect vacation. Best of the best in this place. I loved the thoughtful spa products and snack baskets!! Cleanest rental that we have ever stayed at hands down. Tons of beach "stuff' provided and it is all well maintained. Leslie was our host and was a true gem! Easy to talk to and very informative of the area. I mentioned coupons for activities, and literally within minutes, she dropped off an entire "tourist" bag at the door. Excellent on all levels!

My family loved this spacious condo so much! Everything was very clean and new! We all enjoyed meals on the balcony watching the waves crash! Football on the big screen and books for the beach were a nice touch. The surprise is that we didn't have to buy a single household item like dish pods. All of that is provided in including tons of spices, coffee, waters, expensive bathroom hospitality itmes were also much appreciated!! Things you just do not see in other rentals were certainly provided, and much appreciated by our group! Leslie was easy to get ahold of within seconds!! She left us pool/beach items and loaned us a beach wagon! We were also granted an early checkin with no additional fees. Nice restaurants in walking distance. Ask Leslie for a local list like she sent to me!!

Top notch experience at this condo facing the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful, clean, and well maintained with a warm indoor pool! We were provided everything we could have needed for a wonderful stay. The balcony was spacious with excellent furniture for sitting out and enjoying a meal and a view. Leslie was an amazing host. She was very thoughtful and helpful.

Immaculate Condo

We arrived to an immaculately clean beautifully decorated condo with a breathtaking view of the ocean!! We loved all of the details throughout the rental. Luxury bathroom items, sleep masks, sunscreen, bottled waters, snacks, coffees, and beach gear were thoughtfully provided by our host, Leslie. She is a true gem and really cared about making our vacation perfect! Excellent restaurant and excursion recommendations. We could not have asked for anything better. This condo and host are a 10/10!!

Stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico

Perfect place to stay in Perdido Key, Florida! We booked this condo for a work trip. The place was clean and very well stocked! Beds were super comfy! The indoor pool and hot tub were relaxing after long work hours. The host, Leslie, was excellent at communicating with us to assist. She truly cared about our stay and we appreciated her efforts!

The BEST!!

I cannot even try to say even GREAT things about this beautiful condo. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Sparkling clean, extremely comfortable, breathtaking views from every room, and perfect location. The beach area was pristine and powder soft sand. We enjoyed the pool and grill area, too. The cherry on top was our host, Leslie. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always available to answer questions and give directions. This is the BEST I've ever had on vacation.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo with a WOW view as soon as you enter the door! Spacious rooms for our family to enjoy. Games for the kids and books for the beach were a hit for a rainy day. Cleanest rental I have ever stayed in while traveling. Leslie was a great host and very friendly! She was a wealth of information which we truly appreciated! Perdido Key is a beautiful place.

Everything about our vacation and condo was EXCELLENT! The condo is pristine clean and everything looks brand new! The views from every room are breathtaking. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella provided and much needed. We didn't make the grocery store because we arrived late. Thankfully, Leslie had provided coffee and snacks. Excellent communication throughout our stay. Heated pool and hot tub were icing on the cake! Book this place trust me!!!

What a view!!!

Our quick beach trip was wonderful! Upon entry, we were greeted with floor to ceiling breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! It couldn't get any better than that...but it did! The furniture looks expensive and quite new! Beachy decor and nice appliances. We loved the sitting area on the balcony. It was extremely clean throughout with ample amenities provided for our use. We loved the "extras" provided by the host. The books provided for beach reading was a nice touch along with the umbrella and beach chairs! Top of the line accommodations.

What Vacation Dreams Are Made Of

This was one the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was clean and top notch, we had everything we needed and more. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was stocked so well. The couch was so comfy and made for great movie nights! The rooms are super cozy and the king size beds were magical. The Beach Reads book cover was such a cute and thoughtful touch! The balcony views are breathtaking. Even in the winter, it was nice to pop down to the beach for walks or just reading in some beach the chairs. The hot tub was so nice for winter nights! I would highly recommend and I’m looking forward to when I can go back again!

Best view on the Gulf!

Everything thing excellent to say about this condo and hostess. Spectacular view!! Clean, spacious, comfortable! Right on the strip and close to anything we needed. The beach was just a few steps away. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The condo has beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels which we used and loved having! Leslie was quick to respond to my questions and recommended a great steak house, Big Mike's!! Best steak I've ever had on the coast! This was by far the nicest rental that I've ever stayed in! 10/10

Excellent vacation condo

My experience at this condo was amazing from beginning to end. I had great communication from Leslie, the host. I was granted a complimentary early checkin and truly appreciated that from Leslie. I arrived to find a beautiful condo even better than the photos! The condo was immaculately clean from top to bottom, and I admit that I checked before I let my family enter! Fresh bedding and towels were very much appreciated! I loved that so much more than I expected was provided such as spices, cooking oil, coffee, toiletries, cleaning products, and plenty of toilet paper!!!! The beach gear in the condo was used and loved by all! Extra blankets for cool evenings were clean and folded neatly in the closets. The location is the perfect spot in Perdido Key. Checkin was a breeze and no problem finding parking close to the entrance. The pool area was also clean and very enjoyable. The beach was only steps away! Like I said perfect!

Beautiful Immaculate condo!

The condo was immaculately clean with breath taking views. Everything looks brand spanking new! Loved the snack welcome basket, coffee and tea station provided by the host. Leslie was amazing at communicating with us during our stay. She recommended great places to eat and fun things to do in the area. We very much appreciated the beach items provided for us to use especially the towels, as we forgot ours! The hospitality items were beyond anything I have ever gotten in a rental -- loved all of it!! We watched the Blue Angels Homecoming show and it was awesome. We come to Perdido Key for that every year. We have found our new place to stay every year!! I cannot say enough good things about this host and this condo!

Beautiful condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the clothes dryer did not work for our entire stay. The communication with the guest person was not great. She took quite sometime to respond d to the issue. Did not offer any alternatives other than waiting for a part to arrive. As far as we know it never did arrive. I requested laundry service or another unit to be able to dry clothes for 4 adults and 2 kids for 5 days. She did not respond to my request. One of the things we enjoy about these vacations is coming home with clean clothes. We have stayed at many condos for many years and have never had this issue, that was referred to as an inconvenience. The icemaker did not work either and we reached out to our guest contact. She said a repairman would be out the next day. Once we contacted her that afternoon about the dryer her only concern was the dryer not the icemaker. I have reached out to the rental company and am waiting on a response. The condo was perfect except for the non working dryer which we were told was working the day we arrived. We did not attempt to use it the first night as we didn’t need to. But the next day it did not work. Our guest contact asked us to turn the breaker for the dryer off for 15 min then back on to reset it. Probably shouldn’t have done that as it could have been hazard. That did not resolve the issue. Hopefully I can update this review after hearing from the rental company.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:- The dryer’s heating element has been repaired, and the refrigerator’s water filter has been replaced to restore the icemaker; a new icemaker will be installed if needed.- The guest contact provided extra towels, picked up used ones twice during the stay, and brought 3 bags of ice as a courtesy.- A $100 refund was issued as an apology for the inconvenience.We appreciate your comments as we work to provide the best possible guest experience.
