This four bedroom cottage is perfect for families with children of all ages. There are three separate floors allowing for plenty of space for everyone to enjoy together. All bedrooms are located in the walkout basement, the main floor offers a spacious sitting area which opens up to a Muskoka sunroom, kitchen and dining, separate games zone and patio BBQ and seating zones. The upstairs offers a kids play area along with an additional seating area and beautiful views of the tall pine trees and the nearby lake. Equipped with everything anyone would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, this property will undoubtedly inspire fun family times along with grown up relaxation.

Located in Muskoka, in the heart of beautiful Hidden Valley and walking distance to a sandy private beach and the Hidden Valley Ski slopes! This property is a short 10 minute drive to downtown Huntsville, short drive to Arrowhead Provincial Park, just 25 minutes away from Algonquin Park, near many excellent restaurant options, close to golfing, tree trekking, snowmobiling, lake skating, cross country skiing, and so much more!

Breath Of Fresh Air

Perfect location to go and relax, close to other amenities like downtown Huntsville, Tree Treking, Golf, Parks. Neighborhood was clean and safe. Would definetly go again. Home owners were very helpful of any questions we had.

Just the perfect cottage for our family. Clean, modern, well equipped, particularly with games for kids. Felt less like a rental and more like a friend's family cottage. Sergio was great at communicating too.

I had guests from the USA, and they were interested in visiting Muskoka. This location was a great experience and impression for them. We loved the location, house design, and furniture. The improvements that I can suggest, adding an extra shower, upgrading the BBQ, and adding more oven trays. the rest were perfect.
