Under 24 people can sleep in between the beds and sofa beds, the house is only 15min to downtown London, very private property surrounded by trees sitting in 4 acres.
Beautifully staged and Furnished, fully equipped kitchen, all bedding supplied.
Unlimited parking in premises
15min to downtown London
5min to London airport
1km off highway 401.
*NOTE: WATER FROM TAP IS WELL WATER HOWEVER IS FULLY SAFE*
There is a outdoor swimming pool it will be available June 1- August 31

Very well stocked, plenty of towels, bedding, extra warm blankets. Kitchen nice and big with everything you need to make a large family meal. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice after a long day to unwind. Our host allowed the pool to stay open for us, so appreciated by all. Host was very accommodating and quick to answer all questions. I would recommend to everyone.

Property and pool were very nice, listing price was misleading as we wanted to rent for 2 nights but the host required 3 nights stay for weddings plus additional fees for use of the barn and backyard.

Family Reunion 2024 & 50th Anniversary Celebration

Perfect location for our family gathering. More than enough space for 10 people. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. The gardens were lovely for our family get-together and anniversary celebration. Plenty of parking. The Host met our every need and was easy to communicate with.

Family wedding

12 of us stayed at home as our daughter was getting married at Pioneer Village. Location was perfect to get back and forth for venue and hotel where other guests were staying. Lots of room, beautiful property. Kids had so much fun in pool. First time I have been at a VRBO where the place was nicer than presented online. Beautiful deck off the kitchen overlooking pool was amazing. Host was exceptional. Lots of room for everyone. Highly recommend.

Amazing Rental

Our big group of 22 had an amazing time at this property on New Year's Eve! Everything listed in the description was accounted for, the house was clean when we showed up, and there was more than enough room for parking. Sali was also great with communication prior to our arrival and during our stay if we had any questions. The only thing we were unaware of was the house uses well water so there is a bit of a lingering smell. Other than that, this is a great property for a large gathering of friends, family, etc., and I highly recommend you stay here if you are looking for a place in the London area.
