The Alice Cabin is a three bedroom beauty that is sure to delight your group (including the family dog!). This 954 sq ft home is all on one level and offers a queen, double, and twin bunk beds for a restful night after your day of exploring Pine Mountain Lake or Yosemite (only 25 miles away). The property also offers a fully equipped kitchen and gas BBQ plus the great outdoor space and deck! Please note that propane is not included and outdoor fires are prohibited. The Alice Cabin is Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs and also includes driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.
AGE RESTRICTION IS FIRM. You must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking to reserve this property. A copy of your drivers license will be required within 24 hours of booking.
GATHERINGS: No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 6 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 6 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).
PETS/ANIMALS: 2 Pets allowed 35$ per pet per night. PET POLICY IS FIRM.
LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided. OUTDOOR FIRES: Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.
GAS BBQ: Propane not included. Guests may order a propane tank on the Temporary Resident Registration form (guest list) for a fee. Guests may also purchase or swap out a tank at the local market or hardware store.
GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML HOA. Price subject to change without notice. Access permits are non-refundable. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.
CHILDREN: Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks. Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof. BOATS: The boat(s) and/or kayaks are not for guest's use. You can rent kayaks and canoes at Pine Mountain Lake Boat Rentals at the main Marina.
PARKING: Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.
YARD: Property is both level and sloped.
FIREWOOD: Firewood is not provided for guest use.
OUTDOOR FIRES: Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Please note the following house rules for your stay:
1. The maximum occupancy is firm and must include all occupants of any age including
infants. In addition no large gatherings are permitted. The maximum occupancy
number includes children & infants.
2. The age restriction is firm - if you have booked this property and are under the age of 25
please cancel immediately. A copy of your driver's license may be required to confirm
occupant age.
3. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS ARE REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA currently charges $46 per vehicle (one time
fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML

Mountain Lake or any local venues. All information is subject to change at any time.

4. Guests are not allowed to launch their own SUPs, boats or watercrafts of any kind on
Pine Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules. However, Lake Don
Pedro is just 20-minutes away & perfect for a day trip with water toys! And remember,
you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main Marina
Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.
5. In addition to the marina offerings Pine Mountain Lake offers an Airport, 18-hole
championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts,
community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, and three sandy beaches on the
lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: an expansive
sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack
shack, and the sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open
during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.
6. Past guests have loved the property so much they often want to celebrate special
moments here, but please no confetti. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the
departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean
any celebration debris.
7. Propane for any gas BBQ is not provided. You may either order this on the Temporary
Resident Registration form for an additional fee or provide your own propane. You can
purchase propane tanks at the local market or hardware store. Firewood is also not
provided. The current rate for a propane tank is $65 (subject to change without notice).
8. All outdoor fires (not contained in approved fire pits), candles, smoking, firearms and
fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.
9. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES ONLY: Pet must be declared & registered with Yosemite
Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and
non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets must be
crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left by their pet.
Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at all
times within the gated resort community, per Tuolumne County leash law. Pets do incur
an additional fee of $35 per night per pet.
