1.Complicated instructions for checking in 2.One key FOB 3.No air conditioning, 2 small windows that only open a few inches, too hot 4.View is a parking lot and apartment windows 5.Small bedroom with bed pushed against the wall 6.Street noise on Friday night keep me awake until late 7.Laundry in the dryer 8.Nearly empty bottles of cheap shampoo, conditioner and shower gel 9.Minimal towels with only one hand towel 10.Long hair on the toilet seat and a small hair in the shower 11.Hall table very unstable and shaky 12.For the price it is poor value - the total price for 2 nights was very high and the amenities were very basic 13.Not a property for someone with mobility challenges because of the distance between the parking lot and unit 14. Beautiful Sidney by the sea

Possession of our unit was delayed due to cleaning issues. The unit is a large, bright, modern space with ample storage for a month's stay. The living room faces onto a parking lot and a wall of condos. The seven-foot bedroom made it challenging for getting into and out of bed for two people. The bed was somewhat like a hammock. We contacted management about missing tea towels, dish cloths, hand towels, face cloths, several mis-matched, damaged dishes and wet laundry in the dryer. They replaced missing items from the Dollar Store. Products for daily living – soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, cleaning products were all supplied by us. Only one key fob was provided for the electronic locks. We were told that they would have to charge us between 75 - 100 for an additional key, citing the fact that tenants often forget to return keys.

Great location, clean, quiet, safe, quick response from property managers, all new build it seemed, quick elevator. Two things not that great…very small bedroom with bed totally against one wall. Difficult to access bed or make it. To dispose of garbage, outside, through parking lot to door, down many stairs to parking garage, to bins. And then back out and up. Older folks may find this difficult. Generally, more definitely positive than otherwise. Thank you.
