A PERFECT STAY - 23C Imperial Surf

The Imperial Surf is a fantastic two-bedroom apartment with sensational ocean views down to Coolangatta. This unit is located on the 23rd floor and overlooks Surfers Paradise beaches and is a two-minute walk to the heart of Surfers Paradise shops, bars & restaurants.

The main bedroom has ocean views along with an ensuite & built in robes. The second bedroom also has ocean views & built in robes, each room has ceiling fans. The main bathroom has a separate bath & shower & there is also a separate laundry with a washing machine & dryer. The lounge includes a fold out sofa bed to accommodate an extra 2 people. There is also a large balcony with fantastic ocean views.

The complex has great resort facilities including an indoor/outdoor pool, spa, steam room & sauna. There is also a tennis court located in the complex along with bbq facilities. This secure resort also offers underground parking for one car & is perfect for your next Gold Coast vacation.

Disgusting filthy, cockroach infested Do not book this property

Note we were told by resident the whole floor is infested and pest control is not working. They are everywhere! In the cutlery draw, on bathroom benches, all over walls n floors. Cleaning in this apartment is a disgrace, look at couch harm rests.. I have asthma n my kids have allergies, I have had to send them to sleep at our friends hotel for their safety. We are having a family holiday and because of this serous issue, our family has had to separate! Perfect stays did not fix issue for us just gave us Mortein to spray. On our return we complained and we received a miserable $400 back. Never booking with Stayz again.

Gold Coast Stay

Unit was very clean and tidy. The only one exception was the windows very dirty. Location was great close to everything. Great views of the ocean and easy to go down stairs and cross the road to the beach. One slight drawback was no airconditioning. Even though got a great ocean breeze coming from a place with nearly Zero Humidity was very stickly on a couple of days.
