Queen bed in the primary bedroom. King bed in the second bedroom. Twin rollaway beds available upon request for 8 total. Two full bathrooms. Full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi. Rooftop access. LEED Platinum certified building.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

PARKING:
Street parking only -- no garage for this unit. Typically easy to find near the building.

Girls trip in Denver

Had a great stay here for a girls trip! The listing was accurate and location was perfect! The host was great at communicating, we found a couple of small maintenance issues when we checked in, but the host was very communicative.

We've stayed here many times and typically have no issues. The apartments are large, clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked. This stay we had one full day of no water due to building maintenance then when water returned it was minimal pressure, the shower curtain was covered with mold (they offered us a new one), all the soaps in bathroom were body wash despite being labeled as shampoo and conditioner. It seemed to have been an off week. They remain attentive and were open to problem solving.
