Mice in house and they won’t refund what they said they would

We showed up Saturday evening. Then the next morning we saw a mouse running around on the kitchen counters. We also saw a mouse in the living room. We started inspecting and found mouse droppings on the counters, in cooking pans, on the floor and behind the stove. It was disgusting! We called and we they told us we could leave and they would refund us for the nights we didn’t stay and our cleaning fee. We left and they have only given us part of the money back they promised us to refund. I keep contacting them and they just say they will look into it, but it takes days and then have to call or text back to them get another response of “we will look into it”. I will never stay in this house or a Cozi Vacations Rental house again!
