Beautiful home with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. Even though pool was heated, it was too cool for us. Quiet neighborhood.

Wonderfully playful but quiet home

We had such a wonderful time staying at this home while going to spring training games with our boys. Our two boys adored the pool, especially the basketball goal. My husband and I loved having coffee on the dock each morning, even spotting dolphins going through the canal. The layout of the house was great as well and loved the dark shades in each room (almost blackout). My only negative would be that I found the master bed a little uncomfortable. We would however def book again.

Beautiful Property

We had a really nice stay at Matt’s place. Well appointed and plenty of room for us. Very clean. Unfortunately, the AC didn’t work our entire stay which is the only reason I can’t give a 5 star rating.

Awesome place

We had a great time,pool was warm,house was clean and the view was spectacular..great communication with the owner,he was on top of things! Would and will definitely recommend this place.
