Wake up to sweeping ocean views from this breezy top-floor studio, perched above Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Laid-back, sun-filled, and effortlessly coastal, the home opens onto a private balcony—perfect for firing up the BBQ or soaking up the salty air. With off-street parking and everything within walking distance, you’re just a five-minute stroll to Dee Why Beach, a scenic 15-minute walk to North Curl Curl, and surrounded by renowned restaurants offering fresh seafood and global bites.
Positioned on the third floor with stair-only access, this studio is your front-row seat to Dee Why’s spectacular coastline. Inside, unwind on the comfortable double bed with soft linens and stream your favourite shows on the TV. Step onto the private balcony to watch surfers at sunrise, enjoy sweeping ocean views by day, or fire up the BBQ for an alfresco meal as the sun sets.

The kitchenette includes an induction stove, microwave, and basic cooking essentials—ideal for preparing a casual meal or beach picnic. Chat over wine at the three-seater dining table or settle into the sunlit benchtop nook, perfect for remote work with an ocean backdrop.

After a day out, refresh in the compact bathroom featuring floor-to-ceiling faux-marble tiles, a handheld massage showerhead, and plenty of storage for your essentials. A tallboy chest of drawers helps keep your space organised during your stay.

Additional conveniences include a shared laundry for longer stays and a carport for easy parking. For cooling, the studio benefits from strong natural airflow thanks to its elevated position and ocean-facing windows. A portable air-conditioning unit is also provided for extra comfort, but please note it can be quite loud when in use.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, as well as access to the building's shared laundry facilities. Please make yourselves at home!

This Dee Why studio is conveniently only a six-minute walk from the beach. An extra minute and you will reach The Strand, where an array of cafes are perfect for a post-swim coffee. Enjoy the scenic Dee Why Headland walk, a 45-minute journey beginning at the Surf Lifesaving Club and ending at Curl Curl rockpool. Spend the weekend beach hopping either to Collaroy, Narrabeen, Curl Curl, Fresh Water or Manly all 10-minutes drive away from your door. Swap a beach day for a garden retreat at Stony Range Regional Botanic Garden, only a four-minute drive away. Stock up on supplies with two local supermarkets only a three-minute drive away.
