Stayed for girls week and this was the perfect spot! Ideal location in a quiet neighborhood - a short walk to the beach in one direction or the shops/restaurants in the other. Or stay home for a pool day right in lovely landscaped and private backyard!!! Comfy accommodations. Would stay again!

Had a great time. For future guests i highly Riverside Cafe. It has great food, live music, and the best place to watch the sunsets. Its just 1 mile away.

Chuck’s property was the perfect weekend getaway. The description of location, amenities, etc. were all on point! We got lucky with the summer storms coming late in the day & were able to enjoy the pool often. We’d book here again without hesitation!

This is a older home nicely renovated. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to beach. Nearby nice dining as well. Only improvement to property I would suggest and would be helpful to older guests is a assist bar getting in and out of the pool would be helpful.

We had a warm welcome by Chuck upon arrival and he answered any questions we might have had on the property and then respected our privacy. The location was perfect. Close to beach and town. Nice, quiet neighborhood…Backyard was nicely landscape and enclosed for privacy for our dogs. Pool maintenance weekly by Billy, who was very friendly ! We would definitely love to stay again!

Backyard utopia

This place is excellent for family with kids. We spent our entire time in backyard. I had a nice jog to the beachfront parks and farmers market on Saturday. I wish we would've stayed longer. The owner is responsive and friendly.

Great House - Perfect Location

We had a great stay in Vero Beach and this house was a big part of it. Great communication with Chuck (the owner), easy check in and immaculate condition got us off to a good start. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and in a perfect location: East of A1A and a very short walk or easy bike ride to the beach and Ocean Drive. The house is nicely furnished, kitchen has all new appliances, backyard is very private and the pool is great. Highly recommended!

Great location in Vero

We enjoyed our stay. Chuck is very responsive and helpful. There was an iron there, but no ironing board. We asked Chuck about it and he said he'd be right over with one! He lives close by so he's quick to meet your needs. We enjoyed the pool and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the location - it's a short walk to the beach and it's close to the shops and the restaurants we like.

This was the perfect home for our family beach vacation. The kids loved the pool being right out the door. Two blocks from the beach and a few blocks from town makes it easy to walk everywhere.
