The home was beautiful with great views of Big Sky. The communication with the property manager was awful and the customer service was poor.

This is NOT a ski in property. Long steep uphill climb is hazardous.Fireplace unusable because it continually set off fire alarm, even when only burning 2 logs.Hot tub unusable - it did not heat and showed an error code.Heating system erratic, some rooms very cold and others very warm..House was clean, kitchen outfitted well and view was absolutely gorgeous.

Arrived with several things broken at the house. Toilet papers holders in the ground, trash cans did not work. They said it was ski and and out, it was only ski out. To ski back in was not possible and were lied too. Charged a fortune for a sub par home with ikea furniture that was stained, loose, no gas fireplace,no home music setup, small TVs that were older and not connected to the internet to use. Kind of bummed overall.
