The Q'vier

✨ Welcome to the Q’vier! We are very happy to welcome you into this exceptional place, the result of a long-term family project. If you are looking for an essential and ideal address in Montbéliard then you are at the right place. The main pedestrian street in the city center is called Georges Cuvier, here you will be at No. 1 and therefore will not be able to find a better located address to live a stay in the heart of this historic city and thus take advantage of all its surrounding wealth.

- The accommodation is new, comfortable, and fully equipped — you’ll feel right at home !

- ☀️ You will be surprised by its high ceilings and its abundant light all the time, charmed by its unique architecture with its meticulous and qualitative design.

- You will feel in a cozy cocoon, with perfect thermal comfort thanks to its clever heated floor.

- 🥂🫒🍻🍹You would like to share drinks with your family and friends? Let’s go with the bar space between the living room and the kitchen.

- 🍳We also bring particular importance to the kitchen area, due to its slight voluntary overhang you will not leave the link with your loved ones during your preparations, and above all you will be able to cook with high quality equipments in complete serenity.

- 🚿🧼The Q'vier’s bathroom is a privileged space for comfort and care with its real walk-in shower, we provide you with linens and hygiene products, which will allow you not to overload your suitcases.

- 🛏️To rest you will find a welcoming bedroom with its comfortable bed, you will be able to have a look through the window overlooking the pedestrian street, and store your belongings in a built-in cupboard. Or you could opt for the magnificent mezzanine perched for atypical nights, designed for adults, it will for sure delight children old enough to venture there! If you come to 6 then the convertible sofa can be opened in bed for 2 people. Finally, we know that it is not practical to transport the baby travel cot so you will find one at your disposal with a thick and comfortable mattress.

- 🥐☕ You will wake up with the possibility to drink a Nespresso coffee, or a tea, and will be only 2 steps far from our famous French pastries!

- 🌐🛜💻 The Q’vier is equipped with fiber-optic internet for ultra-high-speed access, as well as a large television and a box with a Blu-Ray player. You’ll therefore have all the digital comfort you need to work and relax.

- You will be on the 1st floor of a small condominium which in fact is very quiet, and being the volunteer Syndic Mananger of this condominium so I will be your favored contact for any questions or potential troubles which could happen external to the Q'vier itself, this for you perfect comfort.

- 🚴 Are you coming with your bikes? We will propose you a safe place to store them. The private square outside the Q'vier will be accessible to you, it is closed to the public thanks to a pretty sculpted gate and secured by a code.

- 🚆🚗 The train station is accessible by walking within 3 minutes, the nearest bus stop is 1 minute away. By car or taxi you can have access in front of the condominium front door every mornings until 11AM (excluding the Christmas market period ) and then you could park a few steps away (eg Rue de la Schliffe / or Rue du Château / or Place St Martin / or underground car park Velotte, ...). Let’s notice also Stellantis Company (Peugeot) is reachable by walking 10 minutes.
