Head upstairs to the main living area and enjoy the incredible view from the private ocean front balcony. Prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen and gather at the dining table with seating for 6 or in the comfortable living area. Enjoy a nightcap on the second bedroom balcony. Another full bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door. A beach day is literally steps away! The Century I building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment. Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee for the Century 1 building. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
