A very clean and upkept house and property. Hosts are very communicative and friendly with opening up their home to guests and assisting with check in/out. Set far off the main roads and very peaceful and quiet throughout the day and night. Perfect place for a quiet weekend escape!

We rented the lively farmhouse for a girlfriend weekend. We loved sitting on the porch, watching the deer listening to the birds and chatting. Gathering around the kitchen table for meals and reminiscing was great. The kitchen is very well stocked!! The beds are very comfortable. Everyone had a good night's sleep. This may turn into an annual event.

Beautiful country home! Comfy beds, nice inside fireplaces, big table and all the kitchen needs. Bathroom was big and had a nice shower. We enjoyed grilling out and sitting around the fire. Lots of nature too; deer, turkey and lots of birds to listen too. The nature trail provided adventure and I took advantage of the country roads to get out on my bicycle.

This place is a Hidden Gem tucked in the country. So peaceful and quiet and minutes from Black River Falls and close to wineries. We enjoyed a hike on a large Wooded acreage. Grilled out and had a campfire at the end of the day. The home is super clean and has everything you need right down to the spices to cook with. Ed and Lorri are lovely and go to Great Lengths to make sure everything is perfect for you

Peaceful and restful

The farm stay was everything we hoped for. When we arrived Ed and Lorri had a basket with S'more fixings and a fire already built in the firepit. The farmhouse is so beautiful. My husband and i loved the fan in the upstairs bedroom. It was so quiet and yet cooling. We were on a mini vacay without our kiddos and i haven't felt so at ease in forever! Thank you for such a peaceful stay! We will definitely come back with the kiddos sometime, they will love the trails and play equipment!
