The house was perfect for our group. The older people stayed on the kitchen level with the couples and their children on the upper level. A bathroom in each bedroom was a plus. The tub in the bedroom with the bunk beds was perfect for bathing the children. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer on each level. Totally loved the deep sink in the kitchen and it was good having both a Keurig style and a regular brewer.The walk to the beach was short and the cart helped transport kids and toys.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation at this rental. Everything was exceptionally clean and anything we needed during the week we stayed was received with one text to The Cottages Crew. I would highly recommend staying at this location. Close to beaches and restaurants.

First trip to Anna

Very clean and comfortable. Lots of space for lounging inside or around the pool. Placement of property provides a shaded pool in the evenings dor a very pleasant dip after the short 2 block walk to the beach. Kitchen was very nice, although it took a minute to figure out the conduction cooktop . Properly manager stopped by first day to check on us and provide extra toiletries and was very pleasant and friendly. Excellent place for family and friends to enjoy the Florida sun.

Check in was a breeze. Beautiful home, kitchen very well appointed, each bedroom with bath great for periodic privacy and day to day living given breadth and age span of group. Pool area was excellent. Access to beach was a big plus. Contact with rental management was excellent.Minor suggestions for contnued excellence would be adding some basic cleaning supplies to better keep the kitchen, bathrooms windows cleaner throught the week. Consider some upgrade of beach supplies since that is touted in the property descriptin as a big positive. There was one beach um rella and 4 chairs for a large house. We added 3 additional beach chairs and 2 additional umbrellas to the inventory but thes are minor suggestions, not criticisms of the property. We would definitely return.

Beautiful Benny's Bungalow

We had the best vacation while staying here. My large and loving family decided to spend a week together on Anna Maria Island instead of buying each other any gifts over the last year, and we chose to splurge and book this brand-new beach house. We were beyond pleased with the cleanliness of this home and the beautiful atmosphere when we checked in, the location and proximity to the beach, and a shopping and dining district. We could walk easily to the beach and the sand is so soft. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all comfortable and well designed. We practically lived in the kitchen anytime we were inside, cooking, talking, and laughing together. The private pool and rooftop deck are made for hours of enjoyment of the weather and sun. We HIGHLY recommend booking this house! It was perfect!
