There are elevators; however, in case they’re out of service, guests will need to climb stairs.
It is strictly prohibited to hang any clothing or towels on the balcony. Violation of this rule can lead to fines ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 MXN. Note that these fines may apply even if you are not present at the time when the report is made.
We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but please note when you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.
There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the apartment, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- We ask that you please use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. The use of music devices and speakers in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Please only use disposable or plastic cups in the pool area.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property using the code on the lockbox to obtain the keys. The code will be provided to you before your arrival.
