The Space:
Have a phenomenal stay inside the gated residential community of Playacar, Fase 2, with lush, tropical scenery everywhere and 6K of sidewalk around the perimeter for walking, jogging, biking, or strolling. The Hard Rock’s world-class golf course is pretty much at your doorstep as it resides inside this community and you’ll just a short 10-min walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Playacar Beach!

- Direct access through the living area to a large covered backyard terrace with plenty of seating to relax and lounge outside. There is also an outdoor BBQ grill/oven there too.
- There's a 2nd living/sitting room upstairs for a quiet space to read or relax.

Getting Around:
The house is about a 50-min to an hour drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) It's best to check your mobile app as driving time varies based on time of day.
If you're not renting a car, taxis are always available, just be sure to take registered taxis only! Public bicycles are available to rent around downtown too. You will see the BiciPlaya stands where you can rent bikes by the day or by the journey.
There are also 2 ADO bus stations to get you to nearby destinations or other Mexican states. One is located on 5th Avenue and Benito Juarez the other at 20 Ave and 12th Street.
Other Things to Note:
We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.
A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 MXN per kilowatt. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Please help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not on the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.
There is no daily housekeeping service but cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
For long-term stays (21 nights or more) there is a fee of 50 USD for a mid-stay cleaning service.
There’s an extra charge for additional guests/visitors over the capacity of the property.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
The property uses surveillance cameras on the exterior areas only, strictly for security reasons.
There is a locked owner’s closet not available to guests. Please refrain from trying to open it. Thank you.
Lastly, long-term stays are available and fit for a remote worker!
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed. The owner has severe pet allergies, so this rule is strictly enforced.
Interaction with Guests:
The place is self-check-in using the code to the lockbox to access the house keys. All the information you’ll need like the codes, entrance through the guarded gates, and check-in instructions will all be provided to you before you arrive.
