This spacious and pet-friendly mountain escape offers something for everyone, from four-legged family members to the little adventurers with lots of room for fun.
The space
Step inside and discover a warm and inviting interior that exudes rustic charm. The open-concept living area features a wood burning fireplace, plush sofa, and large windows that frame stunning mountain views. Whether you're sipping hot cocoa by the fire or stargazing from the deck, you'll be in awe of the natural beauty that surrounds you.

Please note that house consists of two units that can be used separately and have 2 entrances, 2 living rooms, one kitchen and 1 kitchenette.

Excellent place to stay with a larger group. We had 6 and were very comfortable. The sauna is a nice bonus, and, understated for our group... the MASSIVE CHESS SET. We had more than a few chess lovers among us, and had a chess tournament that lasted an entire morning, The overall theme of Alice in Wonderland is fun, and there's lots of details. The net above the kitchen is a nice place to hang out. If I had to leave any criticisms, it would only be around specific things that the kitchen was missing that you could easily bring with you if you stay if you're planning on cooking for six men. Like a full sized knife (there were only small paring knives) and a sheet pan for your morning breakfast bakes (one that will fit, it's a bit of a smaller oven, but still big enough for most needs). Also in the kitchen, the outlets are very hard to locate.Overall, a fantastic stay! Thank you for the wonderful memories.

The place was very interesting. We had a great time and the kids enjoyed a lot too. The net was the highlight of the trip. And the surrounds were beautiful.

Great location with lots of amenities. The sauna was a huge hit with our group along with the lounge net above the kitchen.Would definitely stay here again!

We had to reach out when we checked in for the door code as it hadn’t been provided. The house was completely filthy with dirt on the floors, garbage under beds and couches, and dust everywhere. We also found a pair of somebody else’s dirty underwear under one bed. We had blankets covered in cat hair on one bed, and a random mattress pad with a dirty wadded up sheet in the in the netting above the kitchen. The coffee maker was so dirty we opted not to use it. One bedroom is a mattress thrown in the landing area of the stairs, and another is a room with a mattress tucked in beside the tub. The photos really don’t help paint a picture of what you’re getting into. The sauna is a detached trailer and was quite nasty; we were unable to use it. The yard is unkept and unsightly. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This place shouldn’t be allowed on VRBO.

The property was clean inside, however outside left a lot to be desired, lots of weeds and uneven ground upon opening the propane bbq, we quickly chsnged our minds.. it was filthy . Also, lying in bed in the basement area my son saw light coming from around a picture on the wall, upon investigation, a 6inch round hole was found, which opened into the mechanical room, which was accessed from outside. Weird to say the least . There is also no proper stove, which was a challenge with 8 adults to feed, a 2 ring burner on main floor and another ipropane one in the basement, only oven was a small tabletop one. The property itself was lovely

Peaceful mountain view property.

When most listings say 'mountain view' they mean on a clear day if you squint you can kinda see it out the bathroom window. Not this place! Snowcapped peak views abound - through every window (I didn't actually check every single one, but it's highly probable)! It is IN the mountains. The host was very friendly and prompt in reply. One of our kids messed up (repeatedly) on entering the key code after returning from a hike, which got us locked out. One quick text and we were inside in moments. I couldn't believe how quick the response was, we were very grateful for that. Note - we arrived on March 3rd. If you are not from around here you'll definitely want AWD if not 4WD if you're showing up around this time. The roads are steep and snowy. Saw a couple sports cars thinking they stood a chance and had a good laugh.

property and carpentry very questionable

The area was nice but lots to hazards for children. Next to the suspended net area plywood screwed on from the bottem has to be done from top very dangerous front door area stunk like septic and no proper covers over them and just rubber mats covering one spot. seemed like there are ongoing renovation going on and should get a professional help looks they have no clue what they are doing. no real kitchen there, like a stove with oven. just has hot plates in there and a propane tank under the counter to run the the down stairs 2 bunner hot plate thing. very dangerous to have a tank in the liveing quarters and all the tile and grouting work was done VERY poorly lots of questionable things on the property and no out building with cot's like the ad said just a old camper turned into sauna. The parking area very small and tricky to maneuver gate doesn't open very wide and the weeds and grass was not cut in a very long time like 3 to 5 feet tall so i did that myself with a weed eater very rocky property. no real lawn either. most time we spent outside on deck or by the firepit. there was only one real bedroom there everything was moved around from the pics on the add so idk what to say about that. not very happy with our stay i will not be recommend this place to anyone

The cabin was eclectic and rich with references to Alice in Wonderland. My partner and I were up for a getaway from the city trip pre wedding! Lots of wildlife spotting(bears, birds, deer and more!) the cargo net floor was a blast for folks. And the fire place made for a cozy stay
