Two bedrooms with queen beds accommodate up to four guests, each with its ensuite for added privacy. For your convenience, a fully equipped laundry area with a washer and dryer is readily available.

>Car parking - dedicated secure garaging is provided for 1 standard vehicle. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m.

>Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.

>Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building.

>Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm). Late arrivals are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.

Great place

Great location lovely unit only minor issue is kitchen is a little under stocked in terms of pots etc and the dishwasher is so small cannot fit dinner plates it is like a toy. Overall great place

A gem of a spot

This apartment is in an idyllic spot. It is beautifully and tastefully furnished with everything one could need on holiday. The property managers took good care of us ensuring that all our needs are met. Five stars from me. Highly recommended.
