We always strive to provide a 5-star stay and truly want our guests to feel comfortable and well taken care of. We did want to provide a little additional context. The pool and spa being out of service was communicated to you prior to arrival, and we offered a full refund if you preferred to make other accommodations. You ultimately chose to keep your reservation, and we were happy to provide a substantial discount at your request as a gesture of goodwill. We’re certainly disappointed that, despite knowing about the pool and spa in advance, this ultimately contributed to your review. We also looked into the key card and found that it was working properly; the difficulty accessing the property was related to how the keypad was being used by the guests rather than an issue with the system itself. There is also no outside fire feature advertised in our listing, so we’re unsure where that expectation came from. We’re always here to help and encourage guests to reach out anytime something comes up during their stay. We’re a very hands-on team and are happy to troubleshoot or send someone out as quickly as possible when needed. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working hard to provide a 5-star experience.
