With its bay front outdoor pool, and area for fishing and crabbing, the building is a delight. The condo is on the 3rd floor and overlooks the canal - it is equipped with full kitchen, microwave, 3 TV'S with YouTube TV and other streaming services, and central a/c. Priced right, this rents quickly. There is a coin operated laundry room in the building for tenants use. Boat docks are available, first come first served, advance payment and registration required. $75 weekly, $50 weekend. There is parking for 1 car, the unit is non smoking. No pets allowed. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
