Prime Mid-Town Location! Head on up to the pent house floor of this 5 story condominium to your 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, with views of the canal, Seacrets, and the ocean. This unit is equipped with a full kitchen, microwave, 3 Amazon Fire Smart TV'S with streaming capabilities, Wifi, and central a/c. The condo boasts of a bay front outdoor pool, an area for fishing/crabbing and even outdoor grilling. They also have a coin operated laundry room on the first floor for easy access. Boat docks are available, first come first served, and advance payment and registration is required. $75 weekly, $50 weekend. There is parking for 1 car, and the unit is non smoking. No pets allowed. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Great location, Clean, updated Condo

Clean, updated condo close to everything. Two negatives: the elevator broke on day 1 and was not able to be fixed the entire stay. And 2, the smoke detector randomly would go off for no reason sometimes in the middle of the night. Other than these 2 issues our stay was perfect!

Stayed 3 nights in May 2024
