Nestled in a coveted back beach location just steps from the crystal breaks of Spray Point and Montfort’s beaches, this secluded oasis delivers a perfect beachside stay. Featuring a free-flowing family-friendly layout with two separate living areas, a well-equipped industrial-style kitchen, solar-heated pool, and a façade reminiscent of white-washed Grecian villages, the property exudes style and provides year-round comfort with cooling in every room, ducted heating, and a wood fireplace.

IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details). The host reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking if a guest is deemed to be unsuitable.

An amazing holiday stay!

The place was unbelievably clean, which made it even more enjoyable. It’s family-friendly, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The pool was a standout—perfect for both kids and adults. Being close to the back beach was a bonus, making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds. With linen and towels provided, everything was hassle-free. Highly recommend for a fun and comfortable coastal getaway!"
