Fully Equipped Kitchen with gas stove and lots of spices, utensils, small appliances; pretty much everything you need to cook a meal! Dining table that extends and can seat 6-7 people with the bench seat. Coffee section includes: K-cup and glass pot coffee maker. Lots of coffee selection and creamers, sugar, teas, honey, etc.  
Master Bedroom with King bed hosts an Awara Organic mattress. Extra linens, blankets and pillows. TV with dresser and all the comforts of home. Walk-in closet in with en-suite. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, extra toilet paper; all the extras provided.

Guest bedroom has pillow top queen bed with extra linens, blankets and pillows. TV. Closet. Guest bathroom with all the extras provided.
 Smart TV’s in every room with High-Speed Wi-Fi.  
Fenced in backyard with year round enclosed solarium, fans, lawn chairs in extended open patio and Blackstone grill. Fire pit with wood and yard games for family fun. And plenty of room for your dogs to run and play in the backyard.

Darla was very helpful and available for any questions. The home was cozy and decorated very cutely. The house was stocked with everything that you could imagine. It was truly home away from home.

I can’t say enough good things about Darla and her home! It was truly one of the most welcoming, charming and clean rentals we’ve ever stayed in! My husband and I with our two pups, and my brother-in-law, all stayed here while in town visiting grandparents, and had plenty of room and all felt like we were at home or visiting a family member! We will definitely come back!

This home was everything as advertised. The home was very clean, nicely decorated with many amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. Wow! Darla is the absolute best! Our family was in town for a volleyball tournament in Cabot and were struggling to find a place to stay. We ended up picking Sherwood Oasis because we wanted a little extra space and couldn’t find a decent hotel price. We were blown away by the pride she takes in her property. Every inch of the house is well-thought out to make it as inviting and cozy as you would feel in your own home. From the backyard setup to the amenities (she has anything you can think of available including farm fresh eggs in the fridge), everything is fine-tuned to make your stay as pleasant and welcoming as possible. Also, CLEAN! I have never stayed in a property as clean as Darla’s. Spotless!Outstanding communication! Darla was helpful and engaged from the time of booking until we checked out. All questions were either answered before I had a chance to ask or within an hour. Always available but never overbearing. This was honestly the best stay we have ever had! I never would have imagined a property this nice in Sherwood, Arkansas. I cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed this stay and we will look forward to booking the Sherwood Oasis the next time we play volleyball in Cabot.

Beautiful home

We loved our short stay here as we traveled to Jacksonville for the Arkansas state shoot. It was beautiful and had everything you needed. Beds were comfy and so was the couch!! Wonderful host as well.

Perfection in every way

This property was absolutely wonderful. We stayed when we were in town for a concert at Simmons Bank Arena. The property was exactly as advertised and the communication with the owner was awesome. It was convenient to everything and very safe. We’ll definitely consider staying here again if we are back in the Little Rock area in the future.

Perfect! The cleanest, best organized, not just amole but generous provisions for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Darla also provided great communication and instructions for us of everything inside and out of the house. For dog lovers, she provides a large dog bed, doggie door to the outside, good and water bowls, small toys and fenced in back yard! If dogs have stayed there before, I couldn't tell because the house and yard are impeccable. Bed linens and mattress are sumptuous. Kitchen is furnished better than mine at home and very good quality. Decor inside is beautiful, just as if someone who loves their home lives there. A and 5 stars!

Above and Beyond

The host of this property clearly enjoys creating a warm, inviting, and homey environment for guests. The home is spotless and every need has been addressed, whether it be a kitchen appliance, utensil, soap, lotion, throw blanket, or aromatherapy. As as aside, the couch is hands down the best for relaxing in front of the TV! The neighborhood was quiet and the streets good for walking our two dogs. An unexpected bonus were the sweet Christmas decorations that put us in the holiday mood before we headed off to Ohio to be with family.

The best sort term rental we've found in the North Little Rock area. Easy to check in, great communication, exceptionally clean, very generously furnished. The king bed is so comfortable, linens so soft and a selection of pillows to suit anyone. Amenities galore and even provisions for dogs! Darla has our go to when visiting the North Little Rock area!
