We had a fantastic stay at David’s place over the Easter long weekend. We absolutely recommend it!It’s perfect for group of families, especially if everyone wants their own queen bed! Plus there’s an extra room with bunk beds for the bigger kids. The long dining table is great for gathering together at every meal, and there are plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained during a staycation or for fun late-night activities.
Amenities were great ran out of gas so couldn’t have a shower on the last day before we left other than that was a great place to stay would stay there again
A great place for a large amount of people. The overall house was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The only complaints some of the dishes needed washing before use and there was no fly screens on sliding doors. I would stay again
Stayed for two nights mid week, excellent location, very clean and tidy. host David was great to deal with.
great value for money and would definitely stay again

Great stay
Had lot's of Fun, house lay out was great and it had everything we needed. However, we ran out of water for a day which made things difficult. There was also a couple of features of the amenities on the ad that weren't in the house.

Hi Andrew, thanks for your review and apologies about the water. We were fortunate to be able to get it attended to so quickly on a public holiday. Thanks for pointing out the amenity listing issue, we're not sure how we managed to get that wrong but appreciate the chance to fix it. We're glad you enjoyed your stay.
We came with all our children and a grand son, had a grt time. Property was perfect for our family and it’s clean and tidy. In the night time the neighbours boat cleaning or something made a bit of noise and disturbed our sleep a bit, but it’s not that bad. May be sone hair dryers would be grt. Thx for letting us stay
We had a wonderful time staying there. Check in was a breeze, the view was great, the host was very accomadating. I'd like to clarify why I put 4 stars instead of 5, and I'm sure this doesn't happen to everybody. There were not enough amenities (no dishwashing soap, no outside hose for saltwater rinse, and those little bottles for soap and such) but that's just me being nitpicker. The host contacted me about listing the house for sale and that made our stay a bit unsure, since we booked the house many months before. But we sorted it out, and to be perfectly clear, we are very happy with the stay. Thank you David!
We couldn’t stay at the house because the house was too messy and uncleaned. We tried to contact Stayz team over the phone and email. We also sent some photos as a proof. We spent about 3 hours on the windy, cold and stormy weather in the street. We didn’t receive any support from Stayz. We had to find out the next house ourselves to accomodate ourselves for 2 nights.
We are looking to get legal advise for this.
