This property is ideal for the discerning guest looking for a little luxury whilst being close to everything Torquay has to offer.
The ground floor has exquisite polished concrete floors leading to the expansive and well-equipped open plan kitchen, living and dining area. This leads seamlessly onto the outdoor dining area with bbq, lawned back yard with basketball hoop and fire pit area.
The ground floor is also where you will find the large master suite with King bed, walk in robe and designer ensuite.
Moving upstairs you have a further living area with sliding doors onto the balcony with ocean views, a second master suite with queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite, bedroom 3 with a double and single bunk and bedroom 4 with queen bed. You will also find the extremely well-appointed house bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet and office/desk area for those who can't quite get away from work for the holidays.
You will find it very hard to get a better location than this property being only minutes walk to central Torquay's shops, cafes, restaurants and bars as well as having the Torquay Front Beach at the end of the street.
